INTFIA Legal Aid Fund
The INTFIA legal aid fund provides civil (non-criminal) legal aid to victims suffering from fraud cases worldwide. The INTFIA legal aid fund currently has 38 personal cooperative lawyers and 7 cooperative law firm in 15 different countries and regions. Seeing the needs of the parties, the scope of assistance we provide can be from legal counseling to case representatives. We have helped more than 170 victims of fraud cases, and about 80%of them recovered all or part of the scams through legal channels.
Before applying for legal aid, the victim must be prepared to submit identity documents and detailed information related to cases to INTFIA. The victim can or send an email(info@intfia.com). The staff of this fund will provide the corresponding application form and document requirements, and no application fee and service fee will be paid.
After the application is officially submitted, the victim must be reviewed by the case. INTFIA may also accept a detailed confession to the victim's case to determine whether the victim's application is reasonable.
When if INTFIA approves the legal aid application of the victim, it must investigate or ask for relevant information with a third party. After receiving all relevant information, the lawyers responsible for the case will decide whether they should approve the legal aid of the victim.
If it is an emergency case, the victim must call the hotline in person and inform the case of the victim of INTFIA staff. INTFIA will give priority to the victim's application.
Because the vast majority of lawyers or law firms that cooperate with INTFIA are not full-time work for INTFIA legal aid fund, forgiveness cannot accept the request of designated lawyers, and cannot guarantee any requests to handle legal aid.
