Re-Authenticate
Every three years, senior INTFIA professionals re-certify
The re-authentication process has verified that each senior INTFIA-FCI graduate has maintained a commitment to continue professional education. This ensures that the specification is the latest, not just the achievement of time points. To re -authenticate, professionals must:
  1. Keep its INTFIA member qualification
  2. Provide evidence of continuing professional education (please note that it is required to change from 2021)
  3. Complete the online application and pay the re -certification fee

If your request is approved, the accommodation coordinator will implement the request with you. If your request is rejected or regarded as unreasonable, the accommodation coordinator will talk to you to explore any other reasonable accommodation options under appropriate circumstances.

After the implementation of accommodation, you should continue to cooperate with the disabled service department to meet any accommodation -related needs.             Common Problem

How is this version of Advanced AFCI different from the previous version?
The previous version included a three -day on -site training plan, and then the necessary white paper. The new version -based version can be used as a self -study, or you can choose to participate in the virtual classroom courses guided by the 12 -hour lecturer. The evaluation is a monitoring exam that conducts the Global Pearson Vue Examination Center or passed the online supervision test. The exam includes 90 multiple choices, which takes three hours.

Why did INTFIA modify the original Advanced AFCI program?
We received many INTFIA certified members feedback, and they were interested in obtaining INTFIA-FCI certification, but due to cost or schedule, they could not participate in on-site training courses. Due to the requirements of the white paper, we cannot provide this certification in language other than English. Our new version of ADVANCED INTFIA-FCI maintains the rigor of learning results, and at the same time, the plan is easier to access according to cost and language.

What is the difference between senior INTFIA certification and expert/assistant certification?
Advanced INTFIA certification is designed for experienced professionals and requires candidates to pass ifia before. At this level, we also suggested that candidates have at least five years of relevant experience before the application. To be a certified financial criminal investigator, we hope that candidates can comprehensively information and answer complicated, case -based questions.

Who is suitable for senior INTFIA-FCI certification?
The advanced INTFIA certification plan is mainly designed for those who are engaged in, or want to engage in and/or supervise financial crime investigations in the regulatory agencies. It is suitable for additional personnel who helps high knowledge of financial crimes.

Who is eligible to participate in the senior AFCI?
Candidates must have effective INTFIA membership qualifications and have passed INTFIA. The plan does assume that you understand the basic knowledge of financial crime investigation, and the test aims to test the level of personnel with five -year financial crime investigation experience.

The plan is suitable for those:
  • Work in financial investigation units
  • As a law enforcement officer, supervisor or an examination officer
  • Entering financial crime compliance and/or independent audit work
  • Individuals who supervise financial crime investigations
  • As an MLRO, BSA officials or any other role that has a high degree of responsibility for AML compliance programs

Is there an application?
Yes. To apply, you need to have active membership qualifications and pass ifia. The application form also includes the candidate agreement.

How do I find all available test date and place?
After registration, you will be able to access a arrangement tool so that you can take the exam at the Pearson Vue center or pass the online supervision examination.

From the date of payment, how long do I have to take the certification test?
Six months.

How long is the exam?
The test includes 90 questions, a length of 175 minutes.

What is the structure of the exam?
There are multiple choices (select one answer) and multiple choices (select all suitable answers). Case research will give multiple issues related to each case study.

If the exam is multiple options, will it complicate than other INTFIA certification exams?

Should I take the simulation test?
Our simulation test is ready for your success. Develop according to the same quality standards as the certification test, and practice exams:

What are the differences between simulation and certification tests?

The exercise follows the same format as the certification test. There are two versions of the practice exam:
  • Practice test (no answer): a version without answer
  • Simulation test (display answer): The same version, the answer can be used immediately
No practice questions will occur in the certification exam.
*Please note that the simulation test is custody in the AIFIIIs Learning Management System (LMS), which is different from the environment of the actual authentication test through our cooperation management and PEARSON VUE.

What is the difference between post -evaluation and simulation test?
The post -assessment is a set of review questions, which aims to help you evaluate your knowledge after learning training materials. The simulation test enables you to practice real questions and prepare for your certification test.

Where can I find my practice test?
The simulation test is part of your learning materials. After registering, log in to LMS and find and click your course under the "My Course" section. Roll and choose to practice the exam. You can visit it at any time during the registration of the certification plan.

How many simulation tests can I take?
You can re -examine these two versions of the simulation test according to your needs, even if your question scores 100%.

How long does my certification be valid?
Three years.

What are the requirements for re-certification?
To re -authenticate, you need to present 45 evidence of re -certification credits. Professional experience and participation in continuing education can get credits. At least 15 credits must be obtained from INTFIA training or activities. You also need to hold valid INTFIA membership qualifications.

Is the credits obtained in the same year I have obtained?
Yes, as long as the credits are obtained after passing the advanced INTFIA-FCI test.

Will Advanced Intfia-FCI give me a credit for another authentication or re-certification?
Yes, the training part of the plan is worth 12 INTFIA credits. Participating in the virtual classroom series will earn 12 credits for you. After obtaining advanced INTFIA-FCI certification, you do not need to re-authenticate your INTFIA certification, you only need to re-authenticate your senior INTFIA-FCI certification.

Do I need to re-authenticate all the certifications I get?
If you get more than one certification through INTFIA, you only need to meet the re -certification requirements obtained by the highest level certification.

What if I hold a number of INTFIA senior IFIA certification?
You only need to meet a re -certification requirement for Advanced IFIA certification.
